During my session, I challenged one of the biggest myths in relationships today.
Somewhere along the way, we've been led to believe that if we're not happy, something must be wrong with our relationship.
So instead of looking at our own choices, learning and adjusting our behavior, we often blame our spouse or partner. We start believing they're the reason for our unhappiness, and if we could just replace them, life would finally be better.
The truth is, lasting relationships aren't built by finding the perfect person.
They're built by learning how to show up differently.
That's what this short presentation is all about.
